There are fabrics that cannot be washed with water, such as furs and knitted garments. Therefore, such fabrics are cleaned dry.

There are many reasons why dry cleaning is better than washing at home. One reason is that water cannot handle many stains as effectively as the solutions used during dry cleaning. Entrusting it to professionals is also a way to prevent the fabric from being damaged.

It is possible. Of course, every case is individual, but we use expensive solutions that maximally tackle all types of stains, with the exception of rare cases. It also depends on how much time has passed since the fabric was stained.

In the event of an item being lost or damaged due to our fault, compensation is provided according to the following rule: the item's new value minus the legally established amount for its depreciation. However, the amount received must not exceed five times the value of the service paid for cleaning the item.
